Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the website https://slick-hair.co/. They define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of online sales of products offered by Slick.

3. Products

Products for sale are described and presented with the highest level of accuracy. However, Slick cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include all taxes (VAT). Slick reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price shown at the time of purchase will be the only one applicable to the customer.

5. Orders

To place an order, customers must create an account and provide the requested information. The ordering process includes the following steps:

  • Selection of products and adding to cart

  • Review and validation of the cart

  • Account login or registration

  • Choosing a delivery method

  • Accepting the terms and conditions

  • Payment confirmation

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. Payments can be made via secure credit card transactions. All payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

7. Shipping

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Slick commits to dispatching orders within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and method selected.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any reason or pay penalties. To do so, customers must notify Slick by email at contact@slick-hair.co.

9. Returns & Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (including accessories and manuals). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods by Slick.

10. Warranty & Liability

Slick is liable for product defects as outlined in applicable consumer laws. Non-conforming products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Slick is not responsible for compliance with laws of countries to which products are shipped.

11. Personal Data Protection

Slick collects personal data necessary for order processing and service improvement. In accordance with data protection laws, customers have the right to access, modify, or object to the processing of their personal data.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the https://slick-hair.co/ website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Slick. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the website, whether visual, audio, or software-based, without prior written consent.

13. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. “Satisfied or Refunded” Commercial Guarantee

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Slick offers a 14-day "satisfied or refunded" guarantee from the date of delivery.
To qualify:

  • Customers must complete a satisfaction form

  • Unused items must be returned (for bundles) at the customer’s expense

A full product refund will be issued upon receipt of the return, excluding original shipping fees.

15. Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect:

  • Reshipping is possible at the customer's expense

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases

16. Parcel Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer hasn’t received it:

  • An investigation will be conducted

  • A sworn statement may be requested

  • One replacement may be issued as an exception

  • No refunds will be given unless a proven carrier error is found

17. Order Errors or Missing Items

If an order contains the wrong item or a product is missing, the customer must notify Slick within a reasonable time after delivery.

Upon verification:

  • The missing product will be sent at no extra cost

  • If the wrong product was delivered, it will be replaced for free

  • If multiple incorrect items were delivered, a return may be requested
