Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to report an issue and request a return or refund.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in intact packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.

  • Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
